A refund equal to your order value will be processed once the items have been received.

• Returns: Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Custom-made products: Kindly note that returns are not accepted for custom-made products, as they are tailored specifically for you and cannot be resold. 
• Bluk orders: Returns for bulk orders are managed on a case-by-case basis. This is because bulk orders are typically customised and produced in large quantities, making them unsuitable for individual returns due to logistical reasons and the personaliseds nature of these orders.
